CUET UG 2025 Registration Date Extended: Apply Now Before the Deadline

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the registration deadline for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2025. Candidates who haven’t applied yet can now do so by March 24, 2025, until 11:50 PM. The previous deadline was March 18, but it has been extended based on requests from students and stakeholders.

How to Apply for CUET UG 2025

Eligible candidates can apply through the official website cuet.nta.nic.in by following these steps:

1. Visit the official CUET UG website.

2. Click on “New Candidate Registration” and create login credentials.

3. Fill in personal and academic details, and upload required documents.

4. Select preferred exam subjects and pay the application fee.

5. Review all details and submit the application.

Major Changes in CUET UG 2025 Exam Pattern

✅ Computer-Based Test (CBT) Mode: This year, CUET UG will be conducted entirely in online mode.
✅ Flexible Subject Selection: Candidates are no longer restricted to choosing subjects based on their Class 12 curriculum. They can opt for any subject, even if they haven’t studied it before.
✅ Reduced Number of Subjects: The exam now includes only 37 subjects instead of the previous 63, comprising 13 languages and 23 domain-specific topics.

CUET UG 2025 Marking Scheme

✔ +5 marks for every correct answer.
❌ -1 mark for every incorrect answer (Negative Marking).
📝 Exam available in 12 regional languages, including English.
