The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha has released the admit card for the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2024 on August 12. Candidates who registered before July 5, 2024, can now download their hall tickets by visiting the official website: BSE Odisha.
OTET Exam Date 2024
The OTET 2024 is scheduled to be held on August 17, 2024, for both Paper I and II. The exam will take place at various centers across Odisha using OMR sheets. The schedule is as follows:
- Paper I: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Paper II: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Ensure you arrive at your exam center at least one hour before your exam begins.

- Total Questions: 150 objective-type questions per paper
- Maximum Marks: 150 per paper
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct answer; no negative marking
- Medium: Odia and English
Paper I: Includes Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies.
Paper II: Includes Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II, and an optional section.

- Go to the “Latest Updates” section on the homepage.
- Click on the link for the “Admit Card for OTET 2024 Paper I & II.”
- Enter your registration number and date of birth on the login page.
- Click on the “Download PDF” button to get your admit card.
Exam Day Guidelines
- Arrive at your exam center at least one hour before the scheduled start time.
- Do not bring mobile phones, calculators, or other electronic devices into the examination hall.
- Carry a valid photo ID and a printed copy of your admit card for verification.
